We promote your property on all major platforms and strive to find you the right tenant for your home.

Leasing

Prospects will be thoroughly screened and all relevant paperwork will be completed in compliance with North Carolina law. We will promptly deposit rents into your account and handle all tenant communication.

Inspections

In addition to periodic walk through inspections Quetzal provides a custom systems inspection of your home performed by Canary Home Inspection, a NC licensed home inspector. This inspection is included in your new lease fee the first year with an option to renew in subsequent years.

In-house maintenance team

Our team provides prompt professional repair services and when needed we partner with our network of professional contractors to provide the care your home needs. All tenants are provided access to a 24/7 emergency line that connects them directly to a maintenance tech in the event of an emergency.

Customer care and accounting

We will work with you to provide the care you want for your investment. A monthly accounting will be provided for each property and a regular maintenance plan will be created to keep your property in top shape. Your tenants will have access to a tenant portal to pay rent and submit maintenance requests. At Quetzal we care about our tenants and want to provide a good experience for them. Each tenant is provided with a tenant handbook to help guide them through a successful tenancy.

This covers the marketing of your property, tenant screening and all document preparation. Quetzal Community Real Estate spends considerable time and expense preparing your property and processing it through move in.

What is included in my systems inspection?

The systems inspection focuses on the main systems of your home including plumbing, electrical and HVAC. The goal of this inspection is to find problems that tenants may overlook.
